By far the best play area I've ever been to, and we've been to a lot. There are so many things to explore and I love the interactive play. It's very, very well designed. The menu is lovely and food is good. We spent a good 3 hours there and my 3 years old didn't want to leave. Even my 5 month old enjoyed it.

Great place to visit with small children. Different to your typical soft play with lots of things to explore, such as floating balls and spinning mat. The attached cafe is also delicious. I had the Turkish eggs which was one of the best things I've eaten in a while, served with proper bread and a pot of tea! Would definitely recommend

…Hocus Pocus play is a small but perfectly formed area ideally suited to babies, toddlers and pre-school children, with lots of sensory play and areas to spark their imagination. We have attended several parties here and my little one had his 3rd birthday here and they have been wonderful, nothing is too much trouble.

We had my daughter's 5th Birthday party at Hocus Pocus today and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish staff were really friendly, welcoming and helpful. My daughter and all her friends had the best time. It's such a lovely family run place

Quite possibly the best soft play we have ever visited! So cleverly done and our 3 year old loved it. She's already asking when we can return. Food was delicious, especially the cake!

We had a great morning at Hocus Pocus — the play area is terrific (mum enjoyed it more than baby, I think!) and really good for younger toddlers. So much care and imagination has gone into the design, it's great. The menu looks delicious too, we only had one dish and coffee but both were good. Will be returning!

Lovely little place, especially for kids with sensory needs. Our son loves it here, there's lots of places for him to hide when he gets overwhelmed.

We always have a lovely time when we come here. The play facilities are clean, well maintained and fantastically imaginative. The staff are friendly and there are some good menu choices. It's one of the places a 6 month old and a 4 year old can play and it feels like it's genuinely for both rather than more for one or the other.

…The cafe is tucked away next to the waterski lake and a hidden gem! The menu is varied and the staff are friendly and keen to help… The outdoor area is really pretty with tables and umbrellas to give shade, overlooking the lake. Food was delicious and well presented on pretty plates.

…Always clean, great outdoor space and lots of different things to do, with good coffee and food (and healthy options unlike some!) Isn't normally too busy either so perfect for smaller or more anxious children.

Hocus Pocus Play is absolutely amazing — my 9 month old daughter loved it! It's so sensory and great for younger kids. The food is lovely too and the staff were great. Already looking forward to returning

…The service from the staff was absolutely amazing, as was the cake and coffee. The staff were so helpful, filling our cycling water bottles without fuss. We were even thanked for our custom. A really great small local cafe, where nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended for cycling groups.

Visited today; my 4 year old and 5 month old sons loved it! So many engaging things, whenever you turn your head you spot something else to touch, twist, turn etc. Or so many little rooms to explore. Good food and reasonable price. Overall facilities are to a good clean standard.

What more could you ask for!! Beautiful surroundings, great sensory play area and the food is outstanding. Highly recommend to everyone

…Play is imaginative and an interactive experience that parents can share. The cafe has a good choice of food on offer and of a quality standard. The staff are really lovely and welcoming and I would definitely recommend it.
