Exclusive parties are available 10am-12pm OR 1-3pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

Option 1

Exclusive Play Area & Garden Party

Up to 25 children
Up to 60 people in total

Duration is 2 hours and includes: 1 hr 15 min of play, 45 min for party tea and cake.

Non-exclusive parties available mid-week on request

£17.50 per child (includes a mini afternoon tea or ice cream sundae). Price includes one adult per child. Additional adults £3.50 per head.

    Please select 6 food items to be included in the party tea from the list below.

    If you would like to add another item for your party tea the additional cost is £1 per child per item.

    Sandwiches count as 1 item, additional fillings available at request.

    To help us prepare please tell us about any dietary restrictions at least 7 days before the party.

    Party Terms and Conditions

    Maximum children to attend and seat comfortably is 25. Maximum number of guests is 60, this includes children and adults. Although more can wait in the Magic Beans Café adjacent to Hocus Pocus Play.

    A deposit of 50% is required at time of booking and the balance is due one week before the party.

    Please be aware that children are not able to return to the play area once they have eaten. Only food purchased through Hocus Pocus Play/Magic Beans Café may be consumed on the premises (an exception is made to this rule for the birthday cake).
    We politely ask that the following are not to be used in the play area:

    • Face paint or Glitter tattoos/body glitter
    • Confetti
    • Pinatas
    • Loose string
    • Stickers

    If you wish to bring speakers for music, we politely request this is setup in the party room and volume is sensible as to not disturb fellow customers and residents.

    Guests are welcome to decorate the party room using own banners, balloons etc and may access the space 30 mins in advance for decorating only. Guests are also welcome to supply their own cups, plates and napkins if they so wish. We politely ask that decorations are disposed of at the end of the party (bin bags can be provided for this).

    We politely ask that you leave promptly at the end of your dedicated party slot to enable staff to clean.

    If there is food left over at the end of the party, staff can provide take away bags to reduce waste.
